Fay Studios runs watchfay.com. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the site or contact us.
Visiting the site
Cloudflare hosts and helps protect the site. It may process technical information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose problems. We do not currently use a website analytics script, advertising pixels or a visitor account system.
Links to external services, including our video channels, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Loading or playing an embedded video can also involve the video provider. Those providers may process information under their own policies.
Contacting us
If you email hello@watchfay.com or licensing@watchfay.com, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments. Please include only information needed for your enquiry, and avoid sending identity documents or sensitive personal information unless we have agreed a secure way to receive them.
We use correspondence to reply, manage licensing enquiries, prepare agreed quotes and contracts, keep necessary business records and handle rights or privacy concerns. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Providers and sharing
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security and email routing, Google Gmail for email handling, and Brevo for transactional email delivery. These providers process information needed to provide their services and may process it outside your country. Their own privacy notices explain their practices. We do not sell personal information or share enquiry details with advertisers for their marketing.
We may share relevant information with professional advisers or service providers where necessary to handle an enquiry or agreement, protect rights or meet legal obligations. We aim to limit this to what is needed.
Storage and retention
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee complete security. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and applicable record keeping, legal or dispute requirements, then delete it or remove identifying details where appropriate. Provider backups may be removed through their normal retention cycles.
Your choices and concerns
You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion by emailing hello@watchfay.com. We may need to verify your request and explain any information we must retain. Available rights and complaint routes depend on applicable law. Contact us first with a privacy concern so we can review it and respond.
The site does not offer accounts or submission forms. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, contact us. If you appear in our content and have a privacy concern, include a link and timecode so we can review the relevant material.

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
